Family Dollar

"Yo your store number DOES NOT WORK and I’m just trying to confirm if you do chime reloads because it says on the chime app that family dollar provides this service but I obviously don’t want to get there and find out you don’t so I’m just trying to call and find out before I waste my time. There is no way to get in contact with your store and that’s unacceptable. It says for English press 1 for Spanish press 2 and after the prompts for hours and address info the only way to speak to an actual person at the store is to press 3.. so when I do that it rings and automatically goes to a fax machine and hangs up. This is not good and u need to fix this because there is NO WAY to get in contact with anyone at your store"

"I managed to get most of the items I needed but because this location does not get all the items on the sales circular , you have to make on the spot decision about what is available, they have also emptied the shelves of toothpaste as if there is a shortage which I find very suspect, or they are trying to instill fear in the shoppers either way it does not look good. Update Oct 15 2022 They have returned the toothpaste to the shelves and but the antiperspirant are behind the counter now, but my trip today was really good."

Store is always clean and the store manager is ALWAYS there sometimes working doubles!! Definitely deserves more recognition, especially since his wife is expecting!!! Recommend 10/10!!!!"

"Friendly associates. Seems to be fairly organized even being under staffed. Associates are very patient even under pressure. Always up to date with deals. Most of the food is expired. Very fast check out."
