"I just quit. Horrible place to work all the way around as a Direct Support Professional and the pay is extremely low and houses are dirty. Messed up my check multiple times. They hire and fire managers and dsp workers like its nothing. And they dont take responsibility for anything. Think twice about applying."
"This job, its work sites and higher ups are almost all crooked. Nobody follows rules. The houses are all in bad conditions. The individuals dont get treated as they should when it comes to there personal or medical needs. If you think about working here dont dont it for the money because its not worth it unless you want to work a crazy amount of overtime which they offer alot because nobody wants to work. Dsp’s, and managers are constantly being fired and hired because of these kind of things and at the end of the is no good for the individuals with disabilities."
