"there’s been several times when I’ve spoken to someone on the phone that has had an attitude. I’d expect some sympathy because they continually mis charge me and hang up on customers. Tammie and Greg both hung up on me and have awful attitudes. When I had told her I had a reduced fair she shut me off and talked over me. This isn’t the first time I’ve talked to a woman over the phone here at the acta and gotten attitude over nothing. She said don’t we all need help, Mam I have a reduced fair from my job that had been approved and then taken away for no reason. Very unprofessional"
"Hard to get a person on the phone at times and they don't return calls despite leaving a message"
"The employees are always nice to me and my family and they provide excellent transportation for you"
"Drivers are always friendly. Prices are really good for these days. I’ve heard from one of the employees that the wages are horrible and I didn’t love that. I’d be willing to pay a little more time help them out. The thing that bothers me is they’ll show up 30 mins early or 15 late. It’s stressful having to run out the door so fast."
"They run six days a week (except for snow) and are more than reasonable. Right now it's cheaper to use ACTA than drive yourself. But, be prepared for long waits. I went to three places, spending no more than an hour at any of them and never more than three miles away from home. I was away from home for seven hours. Not always fun but necessary."
