"I have been taking my now 4 year old to Dr. Graziano for about 2 years and although the wait time is sometimes longer than expected, it’s worth the wait. She definitely knows her stuff; not only is she thorough and consistent but she is also patient, caring and explains everything in details with information on taking next steps. She always makes sure my daughter is calm and comfortable during her visits and I appreciate what a great doctor she is."

"We have been coming here for almost 3 years now. Not one time has neither doctor been on schedule. We come every 3 months and the average wait time is an hour and a half. The worst for us has been waiting for two and a half hours with no one to update you on the current status or any kind of offering for you to reschedule. We find it so bizarre to always have such a long wait time but according to most, that's how it is. It baffles us why that is considering the quality of practice isn't the greatest or most efficient. We have a huge issue with a particular staff on deck that takes the appointments and doesn't do the curteosy of letting patients know how behind the doctor is. The doctor is either over booked or spends too much time with each patient or just late in general. It is beyond me how this place is still up and running. I guess it's true that there is a shortage of hematologist on the island like people say and they have no choice but to go here."
