"We were very happy to finally find a bike shop that would pick our large Ferla cargo bike for maintenance. However it came back with a huge scratch in the wooden body. The owner and manager immediately contacted me upon hearing about this. The service manager came out the next day to make repairs and they are ordering a new door replacement. They took ownership of the issue and have provided superior customer service. I highly doubt other shops would have been this responsive."
