"Brought my bike in for a tune up and when I got it back it had shifting issues that it didn't have when I brought it in. I took it back and asked them to take a look and they said everything was good and the didn't see any issues. I left and the bike still had issues shifting. I took it back a second time and explained the issue to them, they again took a look and said it was fine, I recreated the issue in the parking lot and took it right back on and was told by a different person it was fine. When I pressed further that there must be something wrong that could be fixed since the issue came about after the tuneup they did, they proceeded to suggest that I didn't know how to properly ride and shift the gears and that maybe if I bought some riding shoes from them that that may fix the issue."

"2 stars because they fixed my bike but man was the lady rude about it. I wanted bare minimum service to get my shifter working again and the lady didn't like that at all. I understand giving a professional opinion but she was just rude about it. Lucky for me there are some other bike shops in the area that ill be checking out for my future needs."
