"I've had better customer service while being robbed. Don't get me wrong, the service is great. They did such a good job with redoing one of our pool tables we debated hiring them to do our other 20. HOWEVER, the customer service is on par with a drunk man banging on the ABC store front door at 7am. Our invoice isn't due for another week and what they thought was the best approach to getting payment faster, even though their check is in the mail, was to call our property, demand payment to our manager and then hang up. They've watched entirely too many mob and kidnapping movies because that is not how normal business is conducted. Literally give your money to anyone else. Or anything. Just not them."

"I had met tech move my table. they were very efficient and didn't scratch my walls. I had no trouble with them in my house. My table wasn't damaged and they told me if they found any damage they would tell me before they finished. My over all experience was a good one."
"I went into the store, picked me out a used play master table in excellent condition, chose my cloth color, premium cloth burgundy in color. The technicians delivered and set up in a couple hours, the price was excellent. I have been very happy. I get compliments galore on the table, Thanks again!!"
"I had a great experience with Met-Tech. Every other vendor I spoke with was not available for months out and charged considerably more for the job. These guys showed up early, worked carefully and efficiently, and did a great job. I was a bit hesitant after seeing the poor reviews, but not sure they're justified. Highly recommend using these guys. Best price and availability I was able to find."
