"Ordered chicken wrap and the tender was about the size of half dollar. When I took it up to counter the employee who wrang me up looked at me like so. The manager eventually made it good but this was not a good visit to KFC"

"I asked for CRISPY and got original. I waited 15min. Because they were out of breasts. The biscuits were doughy. The best part of the meal was the Coleslaw."

"Sometimes you get a craving! I like their original recipe chicken- all forms. This place has no dine in option. It's a shame because they just remodeled their dine in area. The girl at the window gave me the impression that I was a burden to her to help me. A smile would've been nice, but she couldn't be bothered with such a simple act of kindness!"

"The young lady at counter was friendly. The restaurant was clean. However, it was 8pm and they close at 10. They were running out chicken. There was no extra crispy chicken. The chicken I did have, the breading was not typical KFC breading. The biscuit was fresh. The drive through young lady, I felt bad for. A customer wanted 16 pieces and she was trying to say she didn’t have enough chicken to customer. Instead of saying I only have this, customer kept trying to order when he finally got upset and just left. My order was incorrect with my sides as well as another customers."

"Under cooked chicken I didn't get a picture of the original chicken that I bought it was also undercooked like the chicken wings. This KFC was in great shape back when I worked there 17 years ago, we never had under cooked chicken. They have timers on the fryers so to have under cooked chicken only happens when the grease is not at correct temperature or pulled to early. Hope they get back to cooking it straight, I showed the manager on duty the raw chicken he said he would check the fryers but didn't make it right with me which is fine with me but I hope they do others better."
