"We were out of state and told that there was water leaking in our house. We didn’t know long that there was a leak. We contacted Paul Davis about mitigation. They came to the house and start work on the damage. They set up big fans, dehumidifiers, and started removing trim, carpet under padding, etc. We returned home and the crew worked for a couple of more days. Brandon explained the process to us, and answered all the questions that we had. The crew consisted of Jordan, Chris, Savanna, Rachael, and Sean. They worked nonstop, especially in removing part of the downstairs hardwood floor. Jordan was the team leader, and, like the rest of the crew, was professional and courteous.
