In this case, they said I'd get a message in about 30 days to come in for a complimentary tune up, so I figured, okay let's see. Jamie nailed it and reached out, letting me know when I could come in and then took care of the bike right away when I arrived. Yes, right away as in on the spot. Who does that anymore? This group! I had a great sales experience with Adrian, he was patient with me which was great since I hadn't bought a bike in ages. He made great suggestions for options, and then helped me select supplemental gear once I chose my ride. So, two visits equals one happy biker who was pleased with their experience, friendliness, patience and selection. Go see them - you'll be glad you did."
