"The physician may be good, and the back office staff are caring, but the front desk staff could NOT be more unhelpful or unpleasant. Everything is a struggle when I have to go thru them. I'm done. Finding someplace new. It just isn't worth the agitation. (I asked for 1 appointment to be moved to a different day as it wasn't going to be convenient and she said, "it's 2 weeks away, just start working on it now." And that was one of the polite responses I received. )"
