"I was hoping I'd get a Marriott survey but i didnt. This hotel is AMAZING for 2 major reasons 1. THE STAFF 2. Its spotlessly clean. I am the GM for a Marriott and this property impressed me. The staff was the absolute best you can encounter. They went out of their way to take care of us on our girls weekend. When i had a friend get stranded with her son due to a storm, they helped her too. Absolutely the best. From FOM, to Ops Manager, shuttle driver, etc. This hotel was top notch and Id be proud to have any of them as employees. Hotel is older and can use a refresh but that doesnt even phase me when its CLEAN. cant wait to be back, you all are the absolute best."

"2023-12-18 - 5 Stars overall Thanks to the staff, Eve, Sandra, Trisha and others. From our arrival till departure the staff was polite and courteous. Room - Clean and perfect for our stay. Service - Great staff. Location - hotel is across the street from Turning Stone Casino, close to Oneida and Rome where we were visiting family. Gym - used the gym almost every day. Pool - kids enjoyed using the pool. 4 Stars because of the following. Only issue was not being able to use Apple Pay. Why is that not available at check in/out? Marriott launched Apple Pay back in 2015 and here we are 8 years later. Why?"

"Great hotel directly across from Turning Stone casino. Rooms were nothing special but very clean. Housekeeping left us a cute note when we first checked in. The check in desk was also very knowledgeable and fantastic. Breakfast is included and has scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, and sausage. There is a free shuttle to and from turning stone which is very convenient! Ron was our driver and he was great and always picked us up in a timely manner."

"Great attentive staff, beautiful grounds. Danielle from the breakfast staff went above and beyond for my family, my sisters family, and the guests. The front desk and manager were very attentive. Pillows way to soft bring your own!!"

"Three stars on rooms was only because they are outdated and the mattress was slightly uncomfortable. However, this place was absolutely fantastic as a pit stop on a long road trip. The employees were super friendly and my room was impeccably clean. It's also in a great location right off the highway with plenty of food options, including one right next door. Highly recommend"
