"I have been working with Victor for a couple of months now and love my experience. I wanted to get in better shape and needed someone to make me accountable. I feel so much better now getting in better shape at 61. I can do a plank now for over 2 minutes. My clothes fit better too. "Working with Victor was awesome. He was so attentive, great listener and always had constructive input on a weekly or even daily basis if that was needed. I really enjoyed the weekly questionnaires, it not only helped him but helped me keep myself accountable. I really liked the apps he has for us to use, very detailed and helpful. When I worked with Victor I was training for a couple of Powerlifting Competitions which he kept in our focus and he would check in during the competitions themselves!
