"I got fantastic service from Ray at Atlantic H&C! I called on Sunday and he arrived Monday am. Ray took the time to explain everything as he installed a new thermostat and confirmed that it was programmed & working properly. Price was as quoted. I strongly recommend this company!"

"Just had their 6 months service. Tech broke wires and took him forever to correct. Then the following day the system was not operating correctly so another tech came out. He said the thermostat was bad and out of warranty. I felt it was from the broken wires. This is the 4th thermostat since they installed a whole system. When calling for service, Atlantic H&C wants a credit card upfront even though they installed my whole system and I have their Service Maintenance contact. Unfortunately they are no longer an authorized Trane dealer."

"This company i am sorry to report is a joke and a rip off. Just found out today this company charged my family member 109.00 dollar service charge and 50.00 buck to replace one small clip that took 10 seconds. Then told her they can fix the other stuff under warranty for another 229.00 because it would take 2 to 3 hours to fix,so they would only charge labor. People get someone else to look at your a.c and heat pumps. The tech that came to her house told her that if it goes out to wiggle a wire but first shut heat pump off and showed her which one to shut off. She got shocked once,he also told her he would leave plate off so she can wiggle wire. But forgot to tell her that the plate should be on because that left everything exposed to the elements. I had a friend of mine who is a hvac tech go check it out and he was appalled by what was told to her. He order parts and installed them for 50.00 bucks,and guess what it took him 15 to 20 minutes to do the work,that alantic tech said would take 2 to3 hours. What a joke they stole my family members money. Look i know people need paid to do work but they trust companies to be honest with them ,not dishonest!"

"So I used to be a loyal Atlantic customer and then tried to go cheaper (not to say they are expensive, but who doesn't want to save a buck) and regretted it. I've since used them for repairs on a unit that was installed by another company less than 2 years old. I'll be signing back up with them as a penguin member again. They were quick to respond each time I had them come out and Josh was awesome to work with. I had tenants at the property on one occasion and they also praised Josh on his demeanor and professionalism. I certainly recommend them."
