"*after calling corporate offices and making my post a desk worker called and said the boss gave permission to refund me but may take couple days. If I could give zero stars I would. I walk into the room and could see my breath, the jetted tub in the room the jets didn't work, and then the main issue two days after I've left and I'm back home I get charged $250, I call and they said I smoked in the room. I'm a adult asthmatic with a inhaler, I've never touch a cigarette or any smoking device in my life. These people are taking advantage of guess and getting away with it saying they smell what they smelled and I must be lying. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Ideal location with Walmart just a block away. Staff is amazing Corey at the front desk is extremely helpful and insightful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I honestly have nothing to complain about. This is a wonderful hotel for my upstate New York visit."

"We stayed at this Days Inn when we visited Watertown. Really impressed with the front desk person (sorry forgot her name). We had a mixed up reservation for a wrong day yet she made everything painless and so helpfully fixed it for us and gave a great room. The hotel looked brand new and the room was so clean and comfortable king bed. The TV was great and the free breakfast was bonus. We will definitely be back when in Watertown. It is outside the town but a mere 10 minutes worth a drive. Clean, quiet, and restaurants and stores nearby as well. Great option!"

The room was very clean and was kept clean by a wonderful staff! The manager even made sure my wife and I were able to extend our stay by an additional day!
