"Dr Sloan was covering for my primary care provider. I have moderate severe arthritis of cervical and lumbar spine. Requested a renewal for Tylenol 3. This was not an early request, and is on the current medication list for reference , Dr Sloan refused stating this request is inappropriate. Even though well documented medical reasons for treatment This was not an early request.She would not entertain a 5 day medication request either Unable to take NSAIDS due to increased renal function"
