"The manager, Bruce, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He showed the utmost respect to me and everyone who entered the store. He worked with me for about 2 hours to resolve a billing problem that I had. And, to my suprise, he called AT&T service center and got ALL the issues resolved, and I ended up with a $256 credit to my account. This guy could have just told me he could not fix the problem, but instead, he went out of his way to help. I live in Salisbury, but I will drive the 1 hour trip to Indian Trail to deal with ONLY Bruce. Wish I could leave more stars. THANKS AGAIN!!!"

"(This is over 24 hours, and two visits) Bruce is a lifesaver! David is fantastic to work with as well! If I detailed all that these two visits entailed, and all that took place in between, this would be a novel. I will just leave it with everything that could happen, did. "Dealing with Bruce was a disaster. The most outrageous thing is he’s the store manager and he has zero customer service skills and was trying to impress the girls instead showing professionalism. Definitely not switching to AT & T since they have a poor selection of employees. They need to do a undercover boss episode so they can see his nasty attitude and let him go"
