"I made a purchase at this store as a first-time customer and signed up for the Vital Care Premier program as the cashier/sales rep said I would get a nice discount for signing up. They also told me it was a monthly membership and that I could cancel at any time. What I found out a week later was that this was a year-long commitment that could NOT be canceled and my card would be charged every month for an entire year. I felt duped. I had to contact a customer service phone number where they were most unhelpful. Very disappointed in my experience and will not likely be returning to this store."
