"When I was there I set a appointment and they said it would be in a month just to be seen to arrive and your appointment was altered without you knowing, so now you have to wait again…. Rude and inconsiderate right I guess to all other customers make sure they don’t mess up your schedule like they did to me oh and it’s not the first time either that this happened."

"I am trying to adopt a cat because i’m in quarantine with nothing to do so i figured why not, so I went to pet smart thinking it would be an easy experience. I filled out the forms and did everything they wanted me to do. Finally after almost an hour they give me this weird cat. This cat looked a little weird and was growling at me but it was the only one they had and it was up to date on all it’s shots so i didn’t really care. It was all cool, we had no problems. THEN on the way home i was looking at my cat and realized this isn’t a cat at all but it was a possum. SO NOW i have a possum in my car growling at me... I quickly turned around and started driving back to pet smart. I didn’t realize how late it was considering the fact i was signing papers for so long so when i finally got back they were closed. So now i have a whole possum with me and i don’t know if i should just let it run into the woods. I’ve been trying to call and reach out to pet smart and they’ve been ignoring me. So please if anyone wants a possum please contact me."
