"I would not be hiring this cleaning company again since they did not even cover the most basic part of a cleaning service: vacuuming. The communication was okay but the service itself poor and unprofessional. I am attaching a picture here of my own vacuuming from 1 of the 2 bedrooms I asked to be cleaned. The downstair floors were left un-vacuumed and dirty all around where I had to go back and clean again. The worst part about this service is that when I reached out to the owner about my disappointment on the service she immediately blamed it on her daughters saying it was their first time cleaning. If you are going to bring someone to their first job then you supervise afterwards and make sure the job was well done, this is standard procedure. Also, no refund was provided."
