"Lots of grass and running room for the pops. Water spout in case you forgot water. Beautiful space."
"Fields are useless, infield dirt sections are sunken below the grass several inches creating a dangerous lip. Grass is growing into the base paths on W1, you can't run straight from first to second without climbing onto the grass. Fields aren't always mowed. Never stripped for games. Around home plate especially on W1 it is sunken in and batters boxes need work."
