"The employee who helped me stuff my animal did great! But when I went to check out a bear marked as 50% off, they told me that's not the one that was, only SELECT ones, but is was marked, it was the last one, and it was in the bin with a 50% off tag. But when I showed them the sign they fixed it but did not compensate me. The first time I'm upset leaving a build a bear over unfair pricing at checkout."

"Fun store which helps you pick your next stuffed best friend. Large variety of options with stuffed animals, clothes and accessories. Computer stations help you print birth certificates. Staff are exceptional at helping you get just the right amount of stuffing in your new friend and can even help you dress them in their new outfit. Fabulous experience!"

"Friend got a free bear for her birthday! Never knew that existed. She's from out of town, but being by the mall for school, we took all the birthday opportunities and the workers there were super friendly. Lots of aesthetic customization options, AND even it's own voice."

"One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. We came here for the first time to get my autistic nephew his birthday bear. He was very excited so he was being a bit hyper. The employee that assisted us said she wasn’t going to give him the birthday crown or sticker because he seemed a bit “rambunctious” and would “most likely rip it”. Then proceeded to make the bear very hard after we told him he loves soft bears because again in her words he “seems like he’s going to be rough with it.” We called the next day and the manager agreed to have us come in and she’d fix the bear. We came in and dealt with the manager directly and she said “yeah we assumed he was autistic because he was hyper and seemed a bit moody.”Then also decided to tell me they don’t get many special needs kids in here so they don’t know how to “act” towards them. With that I will never step foot in another build a bear as long as I live."

"Great location with really friendly staff. For the most part the entire store was squeaky clean. The staff really did make it a great build a bear experience and our little one left with a smile on her face and of course a bear. We will definitely visit again if and when we need to build another bear."
