"This is the Worst store at Cross Creek Mall. They have no refund policy. They do have an exchange but its a catch they take half of the COSTof what you paid from what you exchange. Stire personell could not tell me exactly what that would be. UHM SOUNDS ALITTLE Shady to me.Buying something brand new they will take it back but they take keep half of the money. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. What was purchased from this store was A luxury bag however , if you buy something from Louis Vuitton at least they will exchange it for you and will not keep a portion of the money. ... As I stated as a business owner myself self good customer service is always appreciated however if there is a misunderstanding in the communication as a business owner it should be rectified however when a young person comes into your store not knowing the value of the value of Of the things that you are selling the owner's responsibility is to clarify these things however if you're selling a high end product and it's not the quality of what the proprietor thinks it is it should be refunded And there should not be a coat. However, as I stated in the previous statement high end stores such as Louis Vuitton would at least give you a refund With no added cost."
