"Drop off at 9 pick up at 5 or 6. Not a actual time it’s a day process . If you are late they won’t take you . You are given a passive aggressive attitude . This is so you conform to what they want forgetting why you actually went there in the first place .My schedule didn’t work since I had a problem with a 9am drop off time . Everyone gets dropped off around the same time . The environment is friendly for dogs it’s the owners that could use the training . I would rather have an actual appointment time rather than everything being done as a group . Reminds me of the Roman bath houses for doggies. Some people relate much better to furry friends than the pet parents . These two are a perfect example of that . They could use customer service skills and a realization that not everyone’s schedule works with theirs . Which I explained before the first time I dropped off . All I got back was we were ok before but not now . So your concerns don’t matter just your money. . You are told what you want with an attitude to boot!"

"What a great business. The owners are LOVELY and you can tell they LOVE animals and LOVE what they do. I was so nervous taking my mini sheepadoodle for her first grooming appointment thinking I'd end up with a buzz cut rat. She was SO floooooofy and pretty when she finished her day at the spa, I was so impressed. My puppy isn't socialized yet and is extremely anxious so I was scared to leave her there for the day but she did really well once she got a little more acquainted. She even played with some of the other doggies there!"
