"Loved this place at first but had a horrible experience lately. I brought my ring in to get fixed after only having it for a few months from this same store. They took the ring and told me they would call me back to let me know how much it would be to fix it and I let them know to not fix it until I had a price. When they called they said $90 and once I said no they tried to bring it down to $80, then $60 and then $45 but at this point it kept seeming like a scam so I told them to forget it and I would just come and pick it up, I don’t want it fixed. I haven’t had time to pick it up but I came back 2 weeks later and they are telling me that they fixed it without my consent even though on the bag they wrote “customer does not approve”. And charged me $35, they said they had to send it back to break it again before I could pick it up. They had 2 weeks to do this and yet it was just laying there, why do I have to pay for something I didn’t want, and then have to wait for them to break it again ? This has just been the most ridiculous experience I’ve went through. Do not recommend speaking to the boss/manager of this place because he just wants to scam you. *update* The boss/manager called my husband and basically bribed us saying he will us our money back if we take down our reviews. This is just dirty."
