Crocs at Crabtree Valley Mall

"The staff is beyond rude and does not seem like they are there to actually work and help customers. All three associates were more concerned with standing at the register laughing and talking than actually acknowledging and helping customers. They did not try to greet or speak to customers unless spoken to. When asked about where items were, they seemed super annoyed they were being asked questions, would have an attitude, and only gave a general idea of where whatever you were asking for was. They would not take the time to actually move and show you where anything was located. They didn’t even want to bag my items, or try to assist in finding the items I wanted. I see why they have so many bad reviews on here and I don’t understand why nothing is being done. I will never shop there again. I would rather buy online than be treated like my presence is a bother."

"Employees were SOOO rude! Two were talking in front of the register when we walked up to the counter to check out. No one acknowledged us and they just kept talking then the guy complained to the other staff that he’d be able to hear her if no one was blocking them (us waiting at the counter) like HUHHHH???? We stood awkwardly waiting for service til he walked up to the register complaining he’s not supposed to be there like lol sorry for trying to check out and disturbing your tea time at the store you applied a job for?? Lol. They’d ask us if we were doing ok while shopping around but that just spoiled the entire thing lol. Just buy online."

"Very disappointing at my visit to the Croc store at Crabtree Mall. The employees were laughing and playing around. No one asked could they help me. When got to register , took them few minutes to acknowledge me. I guess from the talking /not paying attention. Anyway, the cashier had me waiting to print out receipt. Had to get paper- When put paper in, said wouldn’t print out a receipt. I had said receipt wasn’t really needed rather than wait all that time and still not get one. Will not be going back to this location. Had been here previously and was a way better shopping experience."

"When I asked about the price, the staff said buy one pair and the second pair is 25% off. But when I checked out, the staff says no discount for the second pair. What is more, when I got home, I found the second pair of the shoes are not in same size(one is larger and another is smaller). I tried to contact them by phone call, but no one respond. I had very bad shopping experience. The shoes are expensive but the service is not good."
