"I took a bag here to repair the zipper, and they went above and beyond. Originally they were gonna replace the zipper slider things but they actually put the zipper teeth back on and secured them. It took $100 off of my bill and I got to keep a bag I've had for years. I will definitely be going back here for anything else I need repaired"

The heel sole was completely missing from one of my boots and the other was worn down. 1-2 Shoe Renew repaired them in a week for an extremely reasonable price and the finished product looks so good.
