"My therapist is incredibly kind and I get wonderful treatment from her. however I've come into financial trouble recently which was greatly impacting my mental health but also caused me to have to stop therapy treatment. the office called me for payment and i expressed my mental health has been bad but I can't afford it to which i got the response "okay! I'll call some other time then." like the receptionists must have absolutely no care for peoples mental health."

"I called to make an first time patient appointment and I didn’t get past the receptionist & office manager because they insist on me giving them my credit card information immediately. Considering the type of service this is I don’t see why they need it. They kept saying it’s “their policy”. Well, it’s my policy not to give businesses access to my accounts/money. Especially, a place with such poor ratings in the billing department. So this company’s “legacy” appears to be NOT CARING ABOUT A PERSONS NEEDS. What I got on the phone was straight apathy. It’s about money upfront. The office manager, Bridget was quick to dismiss me and told me “it was not a good fit” simply because of $$$."

"OMG! I was referred to this provider from a close friend, and they happened to take my insurance…. So, I made an appointment! I was very skeptical at first with all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a beautiful facility! The atmosphere is very relaxing & clean. The therapist I met with was very warm & welcoming. She also made me feel very comfortable/ safe to open up with… this is a must with therapy. The other thing you have to remember with therapy is you don’t always click with your 1st therapist… you gotta keep trying til you find one that works best with you! So just try it out… the worst that can happen is you don’t like it and you don’t go back!"

"I don not recommend. My husband went to them to see a therapist and since day one we've had billing issues with them. I would say 4 or 5 times there were billing issues. He was also randomly dropped by his original therapist forcing him to start the process over again. We initially did not understand the HRA process, and we initially set up billing incorrectly. However, they still billed us incorrectly for his first couple sessions (charging us more per session), then recently billed us again by mistake when it needed to go to insurance. After many phone calls back and forth, it is not worth working with them."
