"Planned to bring my 3 cats for flea baths while the exterminator was bombing out our home. The guy working was really knowledgeable and told me he couldn’t see any on them. I had used Advantage on them 3 weeks prior and didn’t know it would have been too soon for a flea bath if they had needed one. I’m glad he was honest because he said it could have been dangerous for my cats to get the bath. Who knows, other places might have not cared and done it anyway. He let me board them and the dogs while the exterminator took care of the fleas, very nice guy. He has a new customer"

"New to the area and decided to come here with a slightly matted cat bc of all the high reviews... didn't expect to get turned away as soon as we got there :( Owner poked my cat three times, my cat hissed and went to nip, said he couldn't help us. He wouldn't give her a chance without us knocking her out first. I asked if the mat was bad. He said it wasn't bad. I asked if they sold combs for it. (Cuz if it's not bad, I'll try myself) He wound up charging me $13 for a comb, told me it was a good bargain. All in a span of maybe 3 minutes? So I guess if your cat hisses at strangers going to grab them, don't come? I've never written a review like this but I'm kinda upset he didn't give my baby a chance to warm up with all the bright lights and such. :/"
