"We had an amazing experience at the REEDS Jewelers at Southpoint Mall! From entry to exit the staff was attentive and friendly. Eduardo and Stephen provided services to help replace my main diamond that I had lost and it was no longer under warranty. While I was was given lots of knowledge of stones, clarity and color I still didn't feel the most comfortable making that decision. I felt that Eduardo took my budget into consideration and showed me various options. Not to mention we had an impatient toddler that was a bit loud and whiny. No one appeared annoyed and in an effort to help calm her, Eduardo looked for a snack to give her. We were given the best deals possible. We left with a happy heart to be able to get my rings restored and stone replaced, and with smiles on our face from the wonderful interactions and conversations.
