"Small waterfront park located just after the curve of Richmond Terrace. Surprisingly neat and clean with great views of the Bayonne Bridge and shipping channel. About a dozen benches and several piles of large rocks . That’s all folks . Good for a daytime dog walk but not at night as park has no lights"
