Went into the shop recently with some questions about a firearm I had seen only online, Mike and the staff pointed me straight to that firearm, had the patients to inform me everything about said firearm which lead to to purchase it. Wanted to note that they made my wife and daughter feel very welcomed and comfortable during the waiting process. Will 100% only go to Rhudys for any firearms or even questions or just to talk."

"Was in the area looking for some extra mags and recoil pad. Based on the reviews, I thought I'd step in. It's not that big of a store, and most of what's in stock are ARs and AR accessories. No magazines for some common firearms. When asked if they had magazines in .380, instead of simply replying "no, sorry, all out," the employee said in a snarky tone of voice, "There's a lot of types of .380; do you even know what your gun is?" and began listing names. I told him it was a Security, and he replied, "Okay, well, we went through five already and you don't have any of them." Just unnecessarily rude, like I burdened them with the question. I would have been more specific if they actually had any .380 mags. On the positive side, it was very clean and organized."
