"Very poor management. Don't explain customer well about return policy even after asking and trying to sell forcibly watches even customers don't want to keep. Tried to return after a week without even using the watch but got very rude feedback from the lady manager who orginally sells this watch to me. she mentioned we didn't usually tell customer each and every details about return policy even though you asked about return policy while buying and that's insane.she mentioned you have to keep watches even if you don't like it or you can throw these as we are least bothered. We are not here to return the products as we are so busy in dealing with people to sell products."

"Very disappointed and angry as I have been a long time customer. Went in Saturday morning to get batteries for 5 of my watches. There was one other person in the store so I was waited on immediately. I was told it will take a few minutes as I know it does to change batteries. After waiting awhile several other people came in the store and the individual that was putting my batteries in stopped helping me started helping them. Then more people came in and he started waiting on them as well. Now, I was in the store much longer and those batteries could have been installed by now. He can over to me had the nerve to tell me he had to wait on the other customers first and I could pay for the batteries and come back to get my watches later. Needless to say, I asked him to close my watch up and I will be leaving. My daughter was going to purchase a purse, put it back because we are not purchasing from a store that purposely disrespected us as customers. I could see if the store was full when we came in, it was not. Stating before. I have been in that store several times and was never treated so rudely. The individual that waited on me needs a huge lesson in customer service as he has no professionalism whatsoever, and maybe some lessons in putting batteries in watches a bit faster."

"This was my first time visiting a Fossil location. The 2 ladies working the store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I needed 2 batteries replaced in my MK watches and they took care of it in a jiffy! Also, I couldn't believe how cheap the prices are on some of their smart watches, wallets, purses, belts and accessories. They also offer free engraving on items that you purchase in store. I highly recommend this location! Go check them out! You won't be disappointed!"

"Solid watches for a good price! I was able to get different watch looks for different outfits all at once. The staff was very helpful and patient with me as I tried on different watches and decided which ones I wanted. It was cool being able to pick my watch boxes for each watch from a selection of different designs they have for watch boxes."
