About the Ladies Pavilion
The Ladies Pavilion, located at West Drive in New York City, is a beautiful tourist attraction that offers shaded seating and stunning views of the Lake and surrounding landscapes. Designed by architect Jacob Wrey Mould in 1871, this elegant cast-iron structure was originally built as a shelter for carriage riders near the Park's entrance. Moved to Hernshead in 1913, the Pavilion fell into disrepair until concerned citizens formed the Friends of Central Park in the 1970s to raise funds for its restoration. Today, visitors can enjoy this historic landmark thanks to their efforts. Visit the Ladies Pavilion to relax and take in the beauty of Central Park.

Reviews of Ladies Pavilion
"Great view of the City. Very dirty with trash and cigarette butts."
"This is such a cute spot. When I'm here, I like to imagine the apocalypse has hit, it was thanos style, so not gruesome, people just disappeared. So here we are, remaining humanity, in the biggest city in America just trying to stay alive and restart civilization, but this time in a world that better represents the star trek reality."
"One of the most amazing spots to get married in Central Park. This is ideal for couples eloping or having a pop up wedding. It's a little crowded inside if there are more than 5 or 6 people, but about 10 more people can be outside comfortably. This is not an ideal place if planning a wedding or elopement with more than 20 people."
"Our bride wanted to get married at Central Park and we chose this beautiful location. Its pergola has a Victorian style and suitable for a rainy wedding day. Ladies Pavillion is also convenient as it is close to one of the Park exits and close to the water that will give a romantic feel to your wedding ceremony. But because it is a famous location, and it can not be booked, you may experience waiting lines to have your wedding ceremony."
"Nice place with the lake and high rise buildings view. You can see tons of baby turtles and ducks in the lake and around the area. Easy to reach from 77th street. Place was peaceful, away from the large crowds."
