"Asked for helping me out changing my SIM card using an earring. I guess we all did this already once with an earring. The super unfriendly staff member (01/12/23 afternoon) said that she can't handle me an earring as earrings are dangerous and we are at an airport. Also their earrings seem to be of a very poor quality as she was afraid that this would break the earring. Thanks for nothing."
"I bought a ring there on 12/7/2022 at the CLT airport. I was told if a stone falls off or I if I want to returned just bring your receipt and we will process the return or exchange. Two stones came off the ring and when I got back to CLT 12/11/2022 before I exit out of the security I went back to the same store. They told me I cant return a damage ring or exchange. I have to call a 1-800 customer service. I called the 1-800 customer service they told me I should go back to the store for exchange or refund. Because they only process online purchases returned. I had a lot of pandora charms I collected years ago. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PANDORA IN MY LIFE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANY PANDORA CHARMS."
"I think there number is wrong nobody EVER answers. I went to another location and they said you could purchase without entering the airport, which is impossible. I am extra disappointed, I collect the charms as I travel and to go out of my way when it could’ve been avoided by just answering the phone."
"I will change my review if customer service here changes, but so far every time I've called (during open hours of course) it just rings and rings or I get disconnected (like someone picks up and hangs up the phone.) It's very frustrating when you are trying to call about a specific product. I understand this is an airport location, and not anyone can walk in from town to make a purchase, so they may prefer not to take phone calls. But they need to understand that some people do work at the airport and have airport access, and would like to know if a certain item is in stock before driving over on their day off. So frustrating. According to everyone else the service here is terrible, and I can't even claim differently because no one will answer the phone. Answer your phone please!"
"If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased nearly $300 worth of Pandora product on Nov. 30th 2016 as I was traveling trough the airport. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife. The day after Christmas, I went to a local pandora store in my home town to return the items and receive a refund. I was told that they would only exchange and in order to receive a refund, I would have to travel back to the Charlotte airport and return at the location it was purchased. To say the least, I was extremely frustrated, but it didn't seem to matter to the store manager. So, once the holidays ended, I booked a flight back to Charlotte to return the product. Today, I walk in the Charlotte store and am told by the store manager that I am 6 days outside of their 30 day return policy and the only thing they can offer is an exchange. I explained to her that I tried to return the product within the 30 day window, but was told I needed a plane ticket in order to that. Again, customer service was non existent. I have purchased many items from Pandora in the past few years, but I would encourage no one to do business with this company. I just can't imagine how common sense couldn't be considered at any point throughout this entire transaction. I am not going to accept this, and will be contacting their corporate office along with the Better Business Bureau."
