"After four days of trying to get a prescription sent to Florida while on vacation and dealing with the rudeness and unprofessional staff of the pharmacy. I will be changing pharmacies after having been with Rite Aid for many years. It’s very disheartening when you call for help and you’re met with dismissive and argumentative responses. Still no resolve to the issue!!!!"

"It is literally 50/50 whether I will be able to get meds here every time I come to the pharmacy. Staff is mean. And for some weird reason you are never at the proper register. I also don't understand why they have to shout your medication loud enough for the whole store to hear. Rite aid store workers are nice though."

"my prescription was set for delivery snd I was away from home. A Rite Aid worker left various messages without identifying himself. He had a very nasty demeanor when he left a voice message. He then came home to deliver the medicine and didn’t even say hi or good morning. Two days later, I called to inquire about the status of another prescription. The lady who responded was also very unprofessional and with a nasty attitude. At the end of the conversation, I said thank you and she hung up. am taking my business somewhere else."

"You treat a child disrespectful!!! You won't fill scripts on time and have shorted me a few times because I have someone else count... Your front end is fabulous but I will never use your pharmacy again and that bottle blonde pharmacist is gonna be nasty to a kid really??? I hope I complain enough and you lose your job because the only time I'm short is when you work never the guy but you tell my kid I'm obviously taking too much lol"
