"The initial experience was good except that prices were not posted and I was shocked at the price. Two of the very fine 6” bracelets were to be real gold, but both of them have tarnished severely and are not pretty to wear. I also added a clear stone insert to my gold bracelet and it too is tarnished and ugly. I have searched for a phone number to no avail. We are from Texas and while on vacation I purchased these matching bracelets as a 40th birthday gift to my daughter. Without a phone number or email I am unable to contact them as I am looking for a refund on the “gold” bracelets. Most likely will reach out to my credit card company for resolution if unable to reach vendor."

"I was on a girls trip in Myrtle beach and we wanted to come and do something special by getting matching permanent jewelry. Their hours are posted as 12-7 and we showed up at 5:30 for no one to be there. We messaged them and they said they had left early and if we came back the next day they’d give us a discount. We came back right around opening time the next day for this man working to be extremely rude to us. His attitude was terrible and completely ruined the experience for us. Not to mention they severely overcharge but we wouldn’t have minded the price if we were treated with respect, but couldn’t even receive that."
