We were trying to get a pair of sneakers for Christmas asked if we could do an even exchange because the store that was $100 cheaper didn't have our size they said they would do an even exchange for a 14 the other store didn't have 14 only had a 10 and a half would not do the exchange for us. Plus we were going to have to pay $40 fee for the exchange and he still wouldn't do it. Very unhappy with the treatment we received and that store located at the coastal Grand Mall Myrtle Beach"

"Let me say that I hate that shoes are so expensive now. But the customer service is A1!!! I bought a pair of shoes today and even though the receipt says no refund or exchanges they looked out for me and my son. My son was able to exchange his shoes for something different. I’m pleased with the service and knowledge that these guys have. Shout out to sunny for the help. I will definitely be back and purchase more shoes from them.
