Mr. Tripp, I believe, took about 7 min to fix them, complicated to other jewlers but no big deal to him. He charged me a measly 21 dollars. 3 separate jewlers wanted 150 dollars or more. It is very nice to see people in business who need to make a profit but do not overcharge and have great ehtics."
