"Bought a beautiful Worthington Red Blazer for Christmas, too small. Sized up ordered on line. Once del to me size up fits the same. 2. I can't believe they shipped this like it was rolled into a ball. I believe someone wore it and returned it. I will be returning it."
"I shop at the store in Bayshore a couple times a year. For Black Friday me and my mother purchased several pairs of jeans, shirts, and jackets. The lady ringing us up left the security tag on two items. I didn’t notice until 2 weeks later when I tried to wear one of the pair of jeans. I already threw my receipt away. The pair of Jean had no tag because I tooked it off before putting it in my closet. I went to the store and they refused to take the tag off one item since I took the price tag off and used Apple Pay for the transaction. I gave them my phone number and they could see I brought several other items that day. She still refused. I called an 1800 number and they told me it was up to the store. I understand it’s policy, but the lady could see that I was here on the day I said I was and I even showed her the Apple Pay transaction for that day. It would have taken her two seconds to take the tag off. How is it my fault your employees are incompetent?! I know Black Friday is always busy and it’s easy to make mistakes, but that doesn’t excuse it. How am I suppose to wear those jeans with the tag? And if I take them off myself, the ink might spill on the fabric. Never going back to JCpenney!!"
"Not what it used to be. Store is extremely messy, signs don’t match the product that are hanging. They centralized checkout but don’t have enough staff to keep up with the traffic. There’s a decent assortment of items, hence the 2 stars. It’s not an easy or quick shopping experience."
"Always have loved JC Penny's. Returned online purchase. No problems, simple and easy. I did wait on line a while, as to be expected at any department store, but in their defense they did have 3 people behind the counter working it."
"I would have given it more stars but what they did with pickups and returns is absolutely outrageous. They shouldn't have moved the spot where you pick it up now you go to the lady at the desk and she has to walk all the way back to where it used to be and this is absolutely ridiculous and it's not fair to the customers or the workers. And to do returns you have to go all the way up on another level and wait on the same line that people are buying things. what is going on with this store ?I'd love to support it , but please make better changes for your customers and not make it an inconvenience where we don't even want to go in the store anymore. If This continues people will shop elsewhere and penny's won't stay in business."
