"I spent many many years trying to get my ADHD treated and no one was ever able to help me without trying to give me meds that make me sick. When that didn’t work they simply gave up. For a long time I gave up too. Finally I found Neuropsychologic assoc and I am so happy that I did. Everyone in this office has been simply amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them. Doing a combo of neurofeedback and CBT has made a world of difference for me and I’m still making progress. I noticed a change fairly soon after I started and my progress has kept improving ever since. If they currently have a waitlist for therapy I highly recommend adding your name to the list. They’re worth the wait."

"I would like to save patients the trouble of picking this office…. First I would like to say the receptionist JAMIE and JUSTINE was very RUDE and unprofessional and insensitive the times I spoke with them..they don’t care about anything you have to say they alway talk over you and they don’t remember what they said to you,JUSTINE does not return calls at all,and seem to have an attitude every time I spoke to her…Jamie returns call but has very bad attitude and 100% talks over you and don’t let you get a word in …I brought my son there couple of time to see Robert Vernilla , and every time I brought him there ,they would say only 1 visit left ..when COVID hit we missed approximately 2 appointments and I was told by Justine I would receive a phone call when they have something available this was November/December of 2021,I called again a few months back ,because I didn’t hear from anyone,spoke to Justine and she was rude as usual,she said the doc was out sick and she will call when an appointment becomes available, again no phone call back…so I called again spoke to Jamie and was told I need to start the process over again..she didn’t care about anything I had to say,but spoke to me with an attitude.,..jamie and Justine said they have no record of my phone calls or messages I left .. now Justine saying they only have One record of my phone call…These people are so horrible,I will never waste my time and go back there..and not forgetting to mention I did not feel welcome since Day 1…this is the worst experience I had, so much time and money wasted!I took off from work to go there every time and now their saying I have to start over…well it surely won’t be with them..these phone calls should 100% be monitored for quality assurance…"

"My son saw Priya Harpaul for 1 and 1/2 years. She was a total waste of time. She has zero feedback for parents, and will not see you unless you demand it. She is too busy posting instagrams and twitters to focus on being a bottom of the barrel therapist. It’s curious that when you google her there is nowhere to leave a review, but plenty of pictures. She has no Intuition, feedback or skills to offer patients or their parents."

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Villanella for about 3 years and started off at his previous location. Dr. Villanella is professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough and kind hearted, gentleman. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and offers many services at his beautiful new (and immaculate) location in Babylon. The 3 other medical professionals I’ve worked with are also very knowledgeable, kind and courteous.
