"I have shopped at Donald Haack Diamonds for years. It is the absolute best jewelry store on all fronts. To that point, it is the first and only place that I visit for jewelry. They are professional, never try to oversell what you are looking for, and have terrific, truly one of a kind necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings that have been made by designers who have been personally selected by Julie Haack. Speaking of Julie Haack, the owner, she is very approachable, incredible at listening to my wants, asks questions about the person for whom I am buying the jewelry (skin color, hair color, eye color, styles, other jewelry they own, etc), models the jewelry (or will have someone else in the store that more closely resembles the person to receive the gift model it), and steers me away from possible mistakes and many times to things that are less expensive. She has even found things for me that she did not current have on hand. But these professional skills are displayed by all of the consultants in the Haack shop, and I have worked with many of them and feel very confident in their abilities to help me. Even their gift wrapping is impressive. All-in-all, I am a huge fan and would encourage anyone to work with the Haack professionals."
