"Today Feb. 10, 2024. I walked in at around 12:30 and left at 12:40. I went in there to get a feel of the shop and to hopefully build a relationship to do business with them on a regular basis and after 10 min of looking around their pieces I didn’t get a “hello” or a “welcome in”. I’m new to the area and not 100% sure how the jewelry market is here but a reminder that you’re in the business of luxury and your customer service has to be competitive. It’s not a necessity business."
