"Hello! My name is Angelina Iadanza, and I have two disabilities! They are autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. I have been getting anxious in situations in school, and according to my father, my autism spectrum is prone to my anxiety which can interfere with the way I cope with stress during school hours!! My parents want me to do counseling in college, and I am happy I went into it! In the beginning of November, I was experiencing panic attacks two days in a row! They just keep happening in random times. But I was introduced to this counselor, and she got to know a lot about me and my life!! She taught me techniques I wish I had learned for my anxiety/panic attacks! I am currently working on improving my mental health throughout my everyday life!
