"got denied treatment immediately after i mentioned that i am autistic. god forbid autistic people attempt to seek therapy. what the hell kind of mental health facility denies treatment to someone who needs it solely because of one diagnosis, of which theyre assuming how it presents in me. they have no idea what my needs are and they denied me based on their own asumptions about the diagnosis"

"This place is a joke! Started going in September saw my therapist 3 times then she kept having a medical emergency every week until they put me with a new therapist ok thats fine but i still haven’t seen the psychiatrist they keep rescheduling me without telling me then when i call they say the psychiatrist is having a medical emergency.. wth! I have been rescheduled 3 times already thats very disturbing. Dont go here if you want to keep a little bit of your sanity!"

"As others have mentioned called about 2 months ago to get an intake appointment. Was told that the director will call back with in 2 to 4 weeks. Called back again in 4 weeks and was told the samething that the director will definitely reach out in 1 or 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to get an appointment."

"I'm extremely disappointed in this facility. I called over 3 months ago and completed a phone intake. I was told the waitlist was 1-2 months and that I would be getting a phone call with 3 business days or so to confirm that I was approved to be put on the. waitlist. I never got a phone call so a week after I completed the phone intake, I called to follow up and the employee took my name and phone number and told me the Clinic Director would call me back within a couple days. Never got a call. I have called 4 times in the past 3 months that I've been waiting - supposedly on the waitlist for services - and every single time its the same thing. My name and number is written down and I'm told I'm getting a phone call in a few days and never any call. I am a psychotherapist myself and I am disgusted at the way this agency provides their services to clients in need of mental health treatment. If you're looking for mental health services, don't even waste your time with this agency!"
