"My wife had 2 rings sized down 3 sizes we told them we wanted the extra gold back from the sizing. When we went to pick up rings we asked about the extra gold and we were told that they keep the extra gold ( that’s not theirs) to help keep their prices down. This is the stupidest thing I’ve heard. Come to find out they are actually the highest around. Found this out after we already used their services. Definitely will not be using them again"
