"Me and my dad always come here to buy shoes. We came in yesterday and dad wanted a pair of shoes in size 13. I asked the guy working there “I have a question” he said “give me a minute” and walked away, he walked by me again and looked at me didn’t say a word. He was gladly helping some white folks the whole time which I really hope it wasn’t discrimination against us. I was waiting for 5 mins until I noticed another girl working there and was kind enough to help me. They also need to wear name tags, and dress more appropriately. The guy looked homeless and had messy hair."

"Neither of the two working in there were of any help, I entered the store on two different occasions and wasn’t greeted or helped either time. There were other customers in the store as well, the associate who was on the floor was in the corner on his phone. The young lady working the register had an attitude. I’m easy on customer service but this was an all around terrible experience. I’d walk barefoot before I buy another pair of shoes from there."

"PLEASE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AT ANY PLACE. I was very disappointed and upset at manager(or owner) of this place. She was more concerned on me opening boxes and checking sizes than offering help in polite way to get me out of there quick. She was plainly rude to get a bad name on Rackroom Shoes. I am a self-employer myself and understand certain retail environment. Nonetheless, I do not recommend to support this store."
