"We stopped in to buy our son a gift. They didn't have his size in an item. We asked the person at the register if they could check the Conway store. He paused and said his manager just left but would be back he would ask him. So we waited. And waited. His manager came back. He left again. We asked him if there was one at the Conway store, and he said yes, but it was lighter. We wished him a Happy Thanksgiving and left. We were not impressed with their customer service at all. Prices are high. Inventory varies from location to location. It is different from the bookstore on campus. There was no service. We had to pull it out of the salesperson. No one approached us to give the information. We have no idea if they are restocking since I didn't think of it before we left. If the teal UA sweatshirt comes back in in a medium, can someone let us know?"

"We visited this store today due to weather not being the greatest. Located at boardwalk at the beach in Myrtle Beach, there’s a TON of stuff to do here and stores to visit. I was pleased with their selection. The prices are expensive but I was expecting that going in. Got a shirt, mini helmet, and a magnet. The merchandise here is really nice and exactly what I was looking for! If you are a CCU fan, I strongly recommend checking it out! We are happy we went!"

"It's great CCU has a store away from campus so you don't have to drive all the way to Conway, and they do have a good selection of CCU items, but the price is over the top. I love coastal, but $50 for a winter hat is not it, not to mention $20-25 drink coasters. The only way you can get some sort of discount is if you are an alumni from the school, the students make sure to ask you as you enter, if your not..your basically brushed off."
