"The team have been so helpful and awesome for years. Our family has bought new and used bikes from them for years because of this. Today I walked in with my bike, having lost the seat, seat post, and clamp. (Long story) The guys took the bike back, after about 10 mins, a couple used and new parts, and a quick tune up at no charge, I was on my way! Thanks guys! As usual! Great “wow” factor service!"
"I needed repairs on a bicycle that I converted from mtb to bmx style after moving here from Illinois - so I chose the nearest local bike shop, two wheeler dealer, and I was told that it would be an 8 day wait for repairs which was great because my mother was visiting from Pennsylvania and I accidentally put the wrong shifter on the bike, which gave me time to get it and drop it off, which I did on day 6 because I forgot, but it was right on time, my bike was repaired a few hours later. They swapped out the shifter and ran new brake cables and a new shifter cable for about $160. Upon picking up the bike and riding it for the very first time, it felt solid, like a tank but light and surprisingly smooth. I was so impressed that I rode it all the way from near the bike shop to Johnny Mercer's Pier and then back."

I wanted a cruiser for Riverlights area and Scott provided a thorough introduction to the various bike types. I'm happy with my selection, I totally used all 7 gears today, just like he described.
