"While the staff was pleasant the physical therapist himself was rude and belittling. From the moment we met Greg Rahn he continually told my daughter in a condescending manner that she will follow his direction or he wouldn't treat her. Throughout the appointment he was unprofessional and completely inappropriate in his attitude and demeanor. While I will keep my daughters health private it will be a lifelong painful problem with surgery or surgeries in her future. There was absolutely no compassion or understanding. This man was angry from the moment I met him. Additionally,  A main concern was what my 16 year olds attire would be on future appointments. Rather than offer a tank top as a suggestion as good attire for the needed treatment he inquired what type of bathing suit she wears asking does she wear a bikini or one piece. I then asked if they had a pool as part of therapy which caused him to become hostile leading him on a tirade about how he wouldn't treat my daughter if we could not follow directions. When I stated that the appointment was not going well he went on a tangent about his own personal life including how a close loved one died even though they were able to follow directions and how unfair that was. While I think it highly likely that G. Rahn had had some traumatic life experience the absolute inappropriateness of his actions has me questioning if he should remain in his profession. G. Rahn went so far as to call the referring MD and tell him about the unfortunate turn the appointment had taken yet never called me. Still waiting!! I would definitely never recommend this practice and actually would recommend to avoid it even if it were free!!"

"Love this place and everyone there, but...how they handle insurance for PT is different than every other place I've been. Example: I just had surgery on my knee I'm allowed 4 weeks of PT automatically, so they would give me 3xs a week for 4 weeks, but if I missed any or I started a week later I would have less. Where at other places I get 4 weeks worth when ever I start! I called after surgery to make an appointment and I told them at least 5 times I just had surgery and they called back and said they had no record of anything even though everything was sent twice."
